2009 “Hard To Tell” Tour

C.R., Shane and I had a few sweet shows in the past couple weeks and it has inspired us to really get this new album in as many hands as possible. Ottawa, Toronto and Kelowna, B.C. were truly exceptional shows. Kelowna was a surprise, since it’s has not been a huge stop for us. Now it always will be.

I think what we’re doing just seems to get better and better. The live show is so fun and inspiring. I’ve shared many stages across Canada with Shane and C.R. for five years now, and it never gets old. It never gets tiring or dated.

This new album is getting people buzzing. It feels great. “Hard To Tell” is one of the best projects I’ve ever been a part of.

So we’re looking to book a cross-Canada tour in September of this year. It’s a bit late in the game to get it going, but we’re thinking two weeks together should get us in all the right cities and towns. This is the time! This is a good year for us.

If you’re in Canada, bug us about coming to your town!

Love,
McGee

New Album

“Hard To Tell” is our second album and it sounds fantastic. We distributed 100 throughout Ontario last week, primarily at BC Scene in Ottawa, and some at the Toronto Poetry Slam. We’ve already gotten some great response for it.

Our new album is available at shows in Canada, and may be at some of our solo shows as well.

It will be available on-line very soon…

Welcome to TonsOfFunUniversity.com!

As you can see, we finally made our own website.

While we intend to keep it simple, we also plan to make access to our poems, media and live performance dates much more accessible.

If you click on the T.O.F.U. MP3s link, you’ll find a Musicane. com player that will allow you to buy our first album, “The Them They’re Talking About.”

While T.O.F.U. may take a long breaks due to our solo careers, we are dedicated to bringing the best possible good times, spoken word & talk rock we know how.

Thanks for enrolling in the University and helping us spread the word.

Truly,

Mike McGee
