There are a lot of intense emotions rippling throughout the poetry slam community because our friend is very ill. I’ve been up and down for sometime now just thinking about Gabrielle Bouliane. I miss you, mama. There’s an orbital fuckload of us poets and friends sending the best vibes possible right at you.

I just want to cheer people up and make people feel good through the bad.

I was reminded of this video I made for my friends Feff and Adriana on their engagement night. I told them that at some point I might post it. It’s so very, very silly and quite long, but it is a celebration of their lives together. It also features Jimmy Awesome and a lot of my face.

Please watch this shit and laugh if you can. There’s copyrighted music in it, so I imagine that it could be taken down soon. I am well aware of this possibility.

I love you all. Spread the word of this video as I’d like to use it for good, and not for the evil power inherent within it.

Their are aspects of this video that were a real challenge for me to get past. Simple to some, but interestingly hard for me to do. Now I see they were well worth getting past. Especially for humor. But since I know Feff’s sense of humor better than anybody, I had to do it for him and Adriana. I am sure he laughed his ass off. So if you do too, then you’d be friends with Feff as well.

WARNING: It runs just over 9 minutes. But hey, this is a reality program I think you’d all watch even if it were an hour long.

I anticipate comments that refer to me as a dork, nerd or a weirdo. Yay!
